REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Humble Hoya!

Please review the following return/refund policies below. Please note that Humble Hoya products are manufactured and fulfilled by Printful and Printify; two USA based company and these policies apply to customers worldwide:

 

 

Returns/Exchanges


Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been fulfilled, we unfortunately would not be able offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (in the same condition) and in the original packaging that you had received it.

Please note that any limited releases may have limited size exchanges.

 

For any orders sent back for an exchange, if we are not able to honor the exchange we will go ahead and process a refund minus the original shipping cost on the order. At times of limited item releases, the Humble Hoya team may allow people to "preorder" products; in which case, exchanges are not guaranteed on pre-order purchases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number. Please contact our customer service department via email: Contact@humblehoya.com. Our team will be happy to assist and provide you details on whether an order is eligible for a return/exchange. If so, they will provide you with further instructions.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition OR is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.



Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange the item for the same item in a different size, send us an email to contact@humblehoya.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 25220 Barrigada Guam 96921 USA.

Please note that with any limited releases, exchanges are very limited. For any inventory sent back for an exchange, if we are not able to honor the exchange we will go ahead and process a refund minus the original shipping cost on the order. Exchanges are not guaranteed on pre-order purchases.

For any returns or if you'd like to send Hoya a gift or a simple letter, send your items to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
