SHIPPING POLICY

How long does shipping take?
Our hours of operation for shipping is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.
All items are made to order so that we may uphold sustainable business practices and avoid any over production. Orders will ship 1- 4 business days after being placed, this does not include the time spent in transit.

*NOTE: during new releases, limited releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
- What delivery method you select
ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
DOMESTIC:
DHL eCommerce: 3-8 business days ($100 insurance included)
USPS First Class: 7-10 business days (Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories Only)
USPS Priority Mail: 5-7 business days (Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories Only; $100 worth of insurance included)
UPS Ground: 2-5 business days ($100 insurance included)
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days ($100 insurance included)
INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
DHL eCommerce International: 7-13 business days ($100 insurance included)
DHL eCommerce International Priority: 4-12 business days ($100 insurance included)
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days ($100 insurance included)
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
- Domestic vs International shipments
- Total weight of package
- Selected shipping method
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason.
All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - WIX
Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix's application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
